The EU-funded Project DaMe , initiated and coordinated by IEEM, aims at a bilateral dialog on Integrated Water Resources Management for the Danube and Mekong River  in Bulgaria and Vietnam. The intention is to raise synergies between different river catchments, looking at governance and addressing IWRM implementation through concrete solutions focused on rural areas.
